Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan doesn't require a credit card. You only add billing details when you upgrade to Starter or Pro.
What happens to my store if I cancel?
Your storefront stays live in read-only mode — your data isn't deleted. You can resubscribe at any time to resume full access.
Is store payment processing included in my plan?
Your platform plan and your store's payment processing are billed separately. You connect your own Stripe account from your dashboard to accept payments from your customers — your plan price above is only what you pay for the platform itself.
What counts as a storefront?
One storefront is one live shop on one template, tied to one store URL (or custom domain on Pro). Every plan today includes 1 storefront.
